Eby says people have a right to be angry, but the province cannot let the tragic attack define itself. Meanwhile, Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim says the city will conduct a full review of its public safety measures, after criticisms emerged about the lack of barriers at the festival protecting pedestrians from vehicles.
