NASHVILLE - Ottawa Senators head coach Travis Green said forward Josh Norris will be out "a couple weeks" with a mid-body injury on Monday.

Norris exited Saturday's 6-0 win against Minnesota after a big hit from Wild centre Jakub Lauko in the third period.

The 25-year-old from Oxford, Mich., has 19 goals and 12 assists in 50 games this season.

Norris had scored short-handed goals in back-to-back wins for the streaking Senators.

Ottawa (28-20-4) had won four consecutive games and held third place in the Atlantic Division heading into Monday's matchup against the Nashville Predators.

Green said Anton Forsberg would start in goal despite starter Linus Ullmark returning from a back injury.
