Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is defending his decision not to step aside as Liberal leader despite low approval ratings. Trudeau is in New York City to attend the United Nations General Assembly and he says serious politicians need to focus not on slogans but on the global crises that are making life in Canada more difficult.
