It comes in a lawsuit filed by federal workers unions trying to stop the billionaire鈥檚 Department of Government Efficiency from following through on what they call a massive privacy invasion.
Two Musk allies, Marko Elez and Tom Krause, have been made 鈥渟pecial government employees鈥 and already have access to the system, government attorneys have said.
